George Lois

Im a very ambitious person, I want to be a great art director, I feel you need to look back and know about your craft and the people who shaped your industry, in order to be able to influence and shape it’s future,

During An appearance on the David Suskind show many years ago, George Lois said

“Advertising is poison gas. It should absolutely attack you; it should rip your lungs out! Advertising is poison gas”.

His analogy  of advertising and views in the film Art and Copy has left a lasting inpression on me. anyway I found this great talk by George Lois, Enjoy
